چکیده
The ohmic curing of two silver micro-particle inks was studied. Silver lines 35 to 75 µm thick were printed on a mixture polycarbonate and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (PC+ABS) substrate mineral reinforced Nylon 6 thermoplastic, using laboratory-made system based volumetric dosing dispenser. After 48 h stabilization in ambient conditions, current is applied through the with an imposed intensity value application time order cure inks. Evolutions temperature resistivity tracks followed during process. Printed thermoplastics characterized at end process check absence deformation due treatment. study showed that led better electrical performances than oven considerable saving. Most line drop occurred first 30 s induced local increase located avoided damaging substrates, which makes compatible thermal sensitive substrates. Therefore, efficient low-cost could be easily implemented industrial scale. Graphic abstract

Photochemical Copper Coating on 3D Printed Thermoplastics
3D printing using thermoplastics has become very popular in recent years, however, it is challenging to provide a metal coating on 3D objects without using specialized and expensive tools. Herein, a novel acrylic paint containing malachite for coating on 3D printed objects is introduced, which can be transformed to copper via one-step laser treatment. The malachite containing pigment can be use...
